




Tapas
We can prepare any tapas you want so that you can enjoy your evening with your friends/family. I can either leave you with clear instructions to finish the dishes at home (served in earthenware dishes. no need to re-plate) or stay and finish and serve for you.

Popular dishes include: Gambas Pil Pil, Chorizo al Vino, Albóndigas, Patatas Bravas, Empanadillas....
​
You may prefer croquetas: chicken, jamón ibérico, cecina, seafood or spinach and wild mushroom (v). Or, Gambas Rebozadas (butterfly king prawns in a beer batter served with homemade garlic and saffron mayonnaise), Calamares, or any of your particular favourites, please just let me know.

Pintxos and Montaditos
​
For large events, if you would like your guests to be served pintxos and montaditos on platters on arrival we will serve you a variety of hot and cold treats, bursting with flavour, all made with quality produce and beautifully presented.
Pintxos include: Flamenquines, croquetas, seafood tartlets, matrimonios, mini tortilla squares, gambas rebozadas.
Montaditos include: Catalana ibérico, Manchego with quince, local smoked trout with avocado, organic smoked salmon with egg and caviar...
Paellas


I have paella pans ('paelleras') that feed up to 100 people. It makes a nice focal point for a summer party.

Sit down meals
I can manage the whole menu for you and either leave it for you with clear instructions to finish yourself or I can finish for you and serve your guests.

​I specialise in tapas and paellas but am happy to make anything you want. Popular starters include butterfly king prawns in a beer and saffron batter, croquetas, empanadas, fish soup, asparagus soup...
​
​Mains include Albondigas, pork escallops in a garlic and lemon sauce, turbot, sea bass.......

Buffets
Since 2011, La Cala has been serving Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey with delicious, home cooked Spanish delicacies to make your party go with a swing. (Including vegan and gluten free dishes).
​Popular dishes to be served from your table include: empanadas, empanadillas, ensaladilla rusa, roast pepper salad, ensalada mixta, sharing boards, tortillas, flamenquines....
