Weddings

If you would like an original and delicious menu on your special day for you and your guests, we can provide canapes and pintxos served on platters whilst your guests mingle and have a drink. You can then choose between hot and cold tapas, entremeses and sharing platters or boards with a selection of Spanish delicatessen products, from cheeses, 'chacuteria ibérico' (hams, chorizos, salchichones etc) through to empanadas, tortillas or bespoke dishes based on local smoked produce...

 

The main dish of paella feeds up to 100 (we have various pans).  You can choose a combination of Vegan, the traditional Mixta, Poultry and vegetables, Chicken and Chorizo, Seafood, Squid ink with seafood and our lobster dish ‘Arroz con bogavante’ (depending on your preference and budget).

 

Popular desserts include the delicious ‘La Viña’ Basque cheesecake or the traditional and popular Tarta de Santiago (served with homemade ice-cream, all sorts of varieties). Alternatively, you could have seasonal fresh fruit salad, Flan casero, Tarta de manzana or organic and very indulgent Brownies

​We can Create a menu for you or you can choose one of our 4 packages (A: £24.50 per head; B: £29; C: £46.50; D: £54.50). There is a supplement for lobster and ribeye steak. There is also a £500 stay on site and serve fee. Please see examples below or get in touch for the menus to be emailed to you.

We work with various venues in Hampshire (more than happy to liasie with your venue of choice!) as well as Marque companies and use Allen Hire in Eastleigh for our crockery. We also know some fabulous musicians and a second to none Spanish Ham Master.

Paquete clásico (£24.50 pp

 

To accompany welcome drinks, served on platters:

  • Pintxo de tortilla española - with brava sauce (veg)

  • Montadito - Manchego & quince (veg)

  • Montadito - Catalana ibérico - Jamón Ibérico, fresh tomatoes, olive oil and herbs

 

Main course (choice of..)

  • Paella Mixta - Chicken, baby squid, king prawns, mussels, or clams

  • Seafood Paella - Salmon, seabass etc, (£5 surcharge for Lobster), baby squid, king prawns, mussels, clams

  • Arroz Negro - Squid ink, clams, and prawns

  • Chicken, pork, and chorizo Paella

  • Paella Vegana - Seasonal roasted, fried & natural vegetables with butter beans (veg)

 

Dessert (choice of..)

  • Tarta de Santiago - Pilgrim’s cake, made with ground almonds, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, and cinnamon, dusted with icing sugar, and decorated with edible flowers (GF)

  • Organic chocolate brownies - extra indulgent with chunks of Belgium organic chocolate and Provençal cherries presented with fresh strawberries/raspberries and edible flowers.

  • Burned Basque cheesecake.

  • Homemade ice-cream of choice with fresh fruit salad

Paquete Buffet (£29 pp)

 

Served as a buffet for guests to help themselves

  • Slices of Tortilla española - with brava sauce (veg)

  • Empanada Gallega or Pork and Chorizo Empanada (my signature and winning MasterChef dish). Pastry is made with white wine and olive oil. Fillings with onions, peppers, garlic, white wine saffron, tomatoes and either tuna or pork and chorizo

  • Choice of Salad: Mixta (veg), Pomegranate and walnut (veg), Ensaladilla rusa (contains tuna and egg) or Roasted pepper salad (veg)

  • Paella Mixta - Chicken, baby squid, king prawns, mussels or clams

  • Montadito - Manchego & quince (veg)

  • Seafood tartlets

  • Flamenquín pintxos -Tenderised pork loin, stuffed with serrano ham, coated in egg and breadcrumbs, and fried in olive oil. Served in bite sized portions

 

Hot and cold “entremeses” to share on tables

  • Ensaladilla rusa (potatoes, eggs, tuna etc.)

  • Salmorejo - creamy blend of fresh tomatoes, bread, olive oil, with garnish of Ibérico ham and hard-boiled egg.

  • Croquetas x3: Chicken, Jamon ibérico and Spinach and wild mushroom (veg)

  • Matrimonio – Picked and salted anchovy pintxo

  • Gambas rebozadas – King prawns in a beer batter served with a garlic and saffron mayonnaise

 

Entremeses to share on tables

  • Tabla Ibérica, sharing boards - Jamón, chorizo, salchichón and Manchego ibérico with quince jelly, fried almonds, salad, olives, edible flowers, crusty bread and picos

  • Ensaladilla rusa (contains tuna and egg)
